PURPOSE : Define and Evaluate performance for each tasks assigned as the Operations Manager
- 1. Establish, train and mentor proper procedures for all furniture movement, storage, assembly and inspections.
- 2. Interview, Hire and Terminate all personnel needed to maintain workload for seasonal averages for all DC positions assigned.
- 3. Communicate with all members of management throughout Furniture Connection, Inc. to always ensure client satisfaction.
- 4. Resolve all store and client issues to ensure company and clients maintain satisfaction within means; involve President and Owner as needed.
- 5. Ensure all time cards are processed within company standards in Paylocity, approve all timecards NLT E.O.B. Monday.
- 6. Monitor and train all personnel placed under his management. Assist in growing and mentoring direct reports.
- 7. Oversee driver performance, safety, and qualifications.
- 8. Maintain, update, and facilitate training events at Red Knight Distribution Center.
- 9. Monitors and oversees the Furniture Connection, Inc. Safety Program.
- 10. Monitor and oversee maintenance of all vehicles in Red Knights fleet.
- 11. Monitor and oversee all grounds of Red Knight Distribution Center, inside and outside.
- 12. Ensure all products are stored properly.
- 13. Accountable for maintaining accountability of all products.
- 14. Conduct inspections of procedures daily.
- 15. Monitors and ensures all facility maintenance for Furniture Connection, Inc.
- 16. Identify procedures that need to be established and modified as needed.
- 17. Reports any damage caused to and by RKD vehicles or personnel.
- 18. Maintain 100% accountability and serviceability of all personnel and equipment assigned to the DC.
- 19. Counsels, praises, rewards and disciplines employees assigned to the DC as needed.
- 20. Accountable for the Furniture Connection, Inc. Recycle program and reporting monthly.
- 21. Provide a monthly review for the Director of Operations of all DC activities.
