Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our customers’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. We are a growing furniture retail store where your role will be to support our sales team. The Front Desk Agent responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, processing finance applications, checking stock via computer, and providing excellent customer care. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience dealing with people, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Inform customers about payment methods, including processing finance applications
Data entry of customer information
Welcome customers to the store
Provide information about our comapny and prodcuts
Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain updated records of invoices and payments
Skills
Work experience as a Front Office person, Receptionist or similar role
Experience with computer software applications
Positive Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
