RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently dazzle and delight your customers
- Create an atmosphere which encourages customers to explore and discover the most comfortable version of themselves and of their daily life
- Confidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and service
- Execute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contact
- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelines
- Passionately and aggressively maximize sales. Meet sales and 4-wall profit expectations
- Provide reporting and tracking as required
- Focus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer Experiences
- Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including coaching and training of new staff
- Perform all opening and closing duties as required by store policy and retail best practices
