RESPONSIBILITIES | As the leader of the company’s digital efforts, ensure that Furniture For Life is the industry’s digital marketing leader in the e-commerce, retail store, wholesale, events, and commercial channels.
TOP PRIORITY FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Art Director, and others throughout the organization to define and implement a digital advertising and marketplace strategy
- Manage multiple websites and SEO via independent contractors and agencies
- Manage the company’s national digital advertising, notably Google Ads and Meta ads
- Lead and directly implement digital advertising support & consultation for Licensed Retailers
- Manage the company’s presence and advertising on 3rd party platforms, including Amazon and Wayfair
- Responsible for managing the digital advertising budget, and meeting digital-channel revenue, ROAS, and budget targets
- Manage performance based on digital marketing KPIs and present performance updates to both the Marketing and Executive Leadership teams
- Track and orchestrate omnichannel consumer journeys with Blueshift CDP
- As needed, select and manage digital marketing consultants, vendors, and agencies
- Serve as digital marketing expert for Furniture For Life, sharing news, education, and trends in the field
- As a senior member of the marketing team, contribute to general marketing strategy and effectiveness, and lead by example in the areas of workplace behavior, work ethic, and commitment to excellence
- Establish reporting in marketing automation platforms and leverage data to inform marketing strategies and, customer and competitor insights (inclusive of SEMrush, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other relevant data sources)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- 3 years experience and highly proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Amazon
- 5 years digital marketing/ecommerce experience with progressive growth in responsibilities, including 2 years of experience managing internal and/or external project teams

PAY CLASS & RANGE
- Full Time; Salaried; Exempt
- $75,000-$85,000 annual equivalent
BONUS ELIGIBLE
