As we continue to redefine industry standards, we are actively seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to play a pivotal role within the Accounting department.
In this position, the Senior Corporate Accountant will play an essential role in helping the company meet various monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting as well as assisting our Accounts Receivable team on all things financing. You will work with a great team and gain a broad base of experience in both our core furniture operation as well as many related real estate entities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The SENIOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT position works closely with and supports the Accounting Supervisor, company Controller, CFO. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k)/Profit Sharing, employee discounts and more! Core responsibilities include:
- Assist Controller and Accounting Supervisor with various monthly accounting duties including:
- Journal Entry Preparation
- Bank Reconciliations
- Account Reconciliations
- Month-end and year-end close out procedures
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Real Estate Billings
- Assist with Budget, Forecasting and Analysis
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with the some or all of the following software/systems is helpful:
- QuickBooks
- Sage/Peachtree
- Storis or similar ERP systems
- Paperless AP.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Accounting and 4 years of related work experience is preferred.
