Join our team as a Mattress Specialist at our Ashley in Fridley, MN! We are seeking an ambitious Mattress Specialist with exceptional closing skills who desires to positively impact customers by helping them find their perfect night’s sleep.

Full-Time position (40 hrs/wk) includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure you are working during peak customer hours and the best sales opportunities.

The Mattress Specialist is the sleep expert - in charge of assisting customers who are looking for a mattress. If other sales associates need assistance with their bedding customers, they go to the Mattress Specialist for help and guidance.
- We have an extensive training program that will thoroughly educate you on the different types of bedding, furniture/materials, and accessories available to you. You will also be taught how to effectively communicate with your clients and properly manage your book of business with the highest integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate the customer about the healthy advantages of a good night’s sleep by effectively explaining the features and benefits of each individual product

Help customers discover their comfort to ensure proper mattress selection

Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of our mattress/bedding products

Make a thorough product presentation

Utilize our proven sales process to discover each client’s unique desires.

Maintain a strong knowledge of show room layout.

Listen intently to each client’s specific desires and make educated suggestions based on the information given.

Build professional relationships with clients.

Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.

Provide timely, relevant follow-up.

Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results and be accountable for becoming a trusted, successful “Sales Professional/Design Associate.”

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Sales (preferred)
- Bilingual a PLUS
