- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales to optimize lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
