Job Title: Furniture Procurement Specialist
Compensation: $60-70,000 per year
Location: Maryland (Hybrid work arrangement)
Job Purpose: As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals that meet the unique needs of each project. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Proposals Manager to develop compelling proposals for FF&E projects.
- Built relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Request pricing information from vendors and communicate with clients and designers to confirm specifications.
- Work closely with vendors and designers to ensure accuracy in specifications and plans.
- Analyze bid data and create pricing evaluation exercises.
- Assist in developing and reviewing proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in furniture-related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with web-based applications.
