Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Payscale: $60-70,000 per annum
Location: Millersville, MD (Hybrid - in office 3 days/week)
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our proposal team as a Procurement Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key part in crafting proposals tailored to each project's unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Proposals Manager in creating proposals and bids for FF&E specific to each project.
- Maintain and create relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Request pricing for specific products and services.
- Correspond with clients and interior designers to confirm accuracy of specifications.
- Collaborate with vendors and interior designers to ensure accuracy in specification and plans.
- Create bid analysis and other pricing evaluation exercises.
- Assist in creating and reviewing proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
- 1-2 years of furniture-related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with web-based applications.
