About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager/Purchasing Agent to join our team and take ownership of the full FF&E procurement process. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—managing projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless product delivery from concept to installation.
You'll play a vital role in bringing beautifully designed spaces to life by managing projects, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with designers, vendors, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain FF&E specifications and service details in our online procurement system.
- Cross-check specifications with design plans for accuracy.
- Issue and track purchase orders; ensure timely processing and communication with vendors.
- Manage project budget and track all procurement expenditures.
- Requisition and track vendor payments to keep orders moving.
- Oversee product deliveries to warehouses in alignment with project schedules.
- Coordinate final delivery and installation of FF&E at project sites nationwide.
- Travel up to 50% to oversee on-site installation, manage punch lists, and ensure everything aligns with design intent.
- Reconcile project budgets and actual costs.
- Support overall project execution and success through proactive communication and organization.
- Stay sharp—engage in professional development and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience with FF&E procurement in design, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Comfortable working with web-based applications and procurement software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
