Job purpose
The Director of ERP and Enterprise Applications has responsibility to oversee the effective operation of all applications in the ERP ecosystem and the integration of data in this environment. They lead the identification, review, recommendation for selection, and integration of applications into the organization and manage changes to existing applications.
The Director of ERP and Enterprise Applications is accountable for ensuring the organization's repository of ERP ecosystem software applications is executed through best practices, including the administration, monitoring, and support of software and ancillary systems.

- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and provide day to day management of a diverse development team.

Working conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. Afterhours, holiday, and weekend work as required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in applications development and data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing global teams and delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of global applications architecture and data analytics platforms.
- Previous successful execution of data analytics platforms with MLOps.
- Experience working with outsourced implementation partners and global support teams.
- Strong program management skills, including ERP rollouts and consolidations.
- Excellent presentation skills, particularly in communicating with executive management.
- Strong technical and business acumen.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 15 years of experience in a comprehensive information technology group with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated Agile project management experience
