Job purpose
We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Integration Sales leader to join our TDN team. The Design Network is the ultimate destination for all things home and design. From organization to landscape design, entertaining and interiors - TDN content gets specific and dives deep. TDN is designed with a new generation of homeowners in mind – focusing on style, how-to, and an education in design choices beyond just the before and after. And now, brands can come inside the content for the most powerful form of organic storytelling and scaled CTV campaigns.
Essential Functions and responsibilities

- Develop brand relationships and sell branded content inside TDN series.
- Drive new sales business for the company playing a key role in the company’s bottom line by selling custom integration into TDN series.
- Establish sales leads and generate meaningful relationships with relevant brand partners.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Report on team and individual performance.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and help generate content development ideas.
- Provide client facing service to all brand partners and advertisers.
- Manage client relationships and internal partners to ensure a proper brand experience with revenue generating results.
- Expertise in multi-platform executions for advertiser supported, product integrated, and branded content.
- Ability to speak the media and design language.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related.
- 7 years’ experience in home industry knowledge, brand relationships, and media agency relationships.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and LinkedIn.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in working with senior management of an organization to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Experience interfacing with advertisers, agencies, production companies and internal departments.
- Prior experience at a major brand or agency.
- Ability to draft written media plans and calculate CPM-based impressions.
Working conditions
This job operates remotely with occasional travel to various conferences and in-person meetings.
20-30% travel possible.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
