About the Role:
The Operations Business Partner HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the Operations segment of Furnitureland South. This HR professional will work closely with senior HR management and the HR team to deliver HR functions, enhance process efficiency, and drive business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
- Function as the primary HR point of contact for the Operations division
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of Operations staff, including warehouse and delivery drivers
- Provide guidance on HRIS navigation, password resets, and mobile/desktop access
- Liaise with leaders and Associates on performance management, including stay interviews and annual evaluations
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, involving the Executive Director of HR and/or Legal when required
- Contribute to benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled correctly
- Oversee medical cards and driving requirements for drivers
- Participate in monthly Operations leadership meetings and departmental gatherings, focusing on safety topics
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
- Professional certification in HR
