Overview
Furqaan Acadmey is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing various office tasks, assisting with calendar management, and supporting our team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately while providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with office management duties including organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Utilize office equipment and phone systems effectively to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic office equipment.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
