Responsibilities—Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultant:
- Assist clients in selecting, purchasing, and customizing vehicles, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and personalized service, leveraging CRM tools for client tracking.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge, stay updated on industry trends, and conduct product demonstrations and test drives to inform clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve dealership goals and uphold a positive, customer-focused work environment.
- Support dealership policies and maintain a professional appearance, representing the brand consistently during all client interactions.
Qualifications—Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultant:
Previous experience in luxury retail, automotive sales, or hospitality is highly preferred.- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in luxury environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing client tracking software and CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the luxury automotive brand.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and a strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
