Furry Land Mobile Grooming, the fastest-growing mobile grooming business in the country, is looking for an experienced Mobile Grooming Account Supervisor to support our national team. In this essential role, you'll assist mobile groomers across multiple regions, providing guidance, and maintaining our commitment to quality grooming services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for grooming-related questions, troubleshooting, and real-time support for mobile grooming teams nationwide.
- Oversee grooming quality and safety standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for our clients and their pets.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development for new and existing groomers, reinforcing Furry Land's grooming standards and protocols.
- Communicate company updates, best practices, and policy changes to maintain a smooth workflow across all regions.
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in grooming is required, mobile grooming is a plus.
- Previous experience with training and supervising groomers is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Account Supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (phone, email, computer software).
