We are seeking a Data Entry / Pricing Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for accurately processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Data Entry / Pricing Specialist Key Responsibilities :
- Enter all sales orders upon receipt to support planning and scheduling.
- Maintain a five-day order outlook in the accounting system.
- Confirm order acknowledgments with customers.
- Post shipped orders and generate invoices.
- Ensure special shipping requirements are met for each customer.
- Verify all customer orders are entered and troubleshoot missing entries.
- Learn correct item numbers and units of measure for each customer.
- Maintain organized records and file customer documents.
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports.
- Set up price sheets for new customers and update pricing weekly.
- Manage market pricing in the accounting system.
Data Entry / Pricing Specialist Qualifications :
Data Entry / Pricing Specialist starting wage is $18-20 per hour depending on experience.
Data Entry / Pricing Specialist work Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm
