Quotation Specialist

Duties and Expectations of Sales Quotation Specialist include :

• Assist with the development of quotations on various products within the fasteners industry.
• Creating, analyzing, pricing and quoting based on customer requirements. Interact with customers by answering inquiries, proactively resolving potential issues, problem solving and offering suggestions in a positive manner to ensure a superior level of customer experience.
• Continuous review and updates on pricing of various external vendors used in the production process.
• Understanding of plating and specifications used within the fastener industry and keep up to date on new or changing guidelines
• Review and enter orders based on quote

Qualifications :

Client seeks a personable individual with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background in a fastener manufacturing environment required.

Knowledge of blueprint preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Office products needed. Intermediate level Excel skills required.

Sales quotation background a plus.

Excellent communications, time management and organization skills are essential to success.

Strong analytical and data management skills are key. Must be patient, detail minded, highly organized, with good oral / written communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus bonus

Expected hours : 45 per week

Work Location : In person
