Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a vehicle, following all traffic rules and regulations.
- Transport passengers or goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all passengers or customers.
- Assist passengers or customers with loading and unloading their belongings, if applicable.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, such as trip logs, vehicle inspection forms, and fuel consumption records.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
- Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing transportation services.
- Adapt to schedule changes or unexpected circumstances to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a driver, especially in a similar role.
