Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with Samsung’s global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
• Create program plan, manage schedules, and own end to end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery
• Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large group of audience
• Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Produce program reports for stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions
• Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment
• Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 4 years in a project/program management role managing software development projects
• Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask
• Ability to correctly present the urgency of issues and escalating appropriately
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA Platform and Confluence
• Experience in managing AdTech related programs is a plus
• Experience working in Smartsheets, Tableau
  
  

The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
