Summary:
The main function of a sales associate is to sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups of individuals. � Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
� Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
� Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients and attending trade shows and conferences.

� Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
1. Employer Purchase Program (“EPP”) New Partner On-Boarding & Management
a. Prospect the Fortune 500 & 1000 for new EPP partners
b. Manage the subsequent relationship with new EPP partners
c. Work with partners to develop “never been done before” initiatives to increase awareness of Samsung’s EPP program by employees within the employers served by each partner
d. Develop a thorough understanding of the partner’s overall employee benefit plans, strategies and tactics, in order to ensure that Samsung is consistently receiving exposure commensurate with engagement and revenue goals
e. Ensure that data sharing practices are occurring between partner and Samsung, in order to allow personalization of offers, product visibility, etc. to occur across each partner’s employee portfolio
2. EPP Program Awareness
a. Within the large employer organizations with which Samsung has direct EPP program relationships, ensure consistent understanding of how each organization promotes such programs to their employees
b. Partnering with B2B sales team members, develop and execute initiatives within client companies that lead to increased awareness and sales of Samsung’s EPP program
3. General Responsibilities
a. Function as the primary relationship manager and “Subject Matter Expert,” providing thought leadership on how EPP programs lead to increased employee engagement and morale, and making recommendations on how employers can improve employee awareness of Samsung’s EPP program
b. Responsible for growth of key direct-to-consumer sales acquisition channel
c. Leads cross-functional teams and initiatives; must be able to influence outcomes through strong leadership and expertise.
d. Track customer requests and status while working with various internal teams to fulfill the need
e. Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth both within accounts and more broadly with Samsung B2B eCommerce
4. Education and Experience
a. 3-5 years experience with a proven track record in sales, account management, customer service, business development and strategic sales, preferably in Technology companies
b. College degree preferred but not required
c. Ability to navigate the Samsung organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities
d. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
e. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
f. Digital marketing/sales experience, preferably within an eCommerce business
g. Strong knowledge of eCommerce marketing best practices and trends; eCommerce marketing thought leadership
h. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
i. Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
