PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD
What experience should you have:
- 5 years of experience supporting strategic digital marketing analysis and recommendations utilizing data in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge of various digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience setting up campaigns across a variety of social platforms.
- Leveraged data analysis tools for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting.
- Expertise with a combination of the following tools: Google AdWords, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor, Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Adobe Analytics.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Manage budget, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals.
- Offer thought leadership on industry trends.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations.
- Actively participates in business development activities, including client pitches, and estimating work and creating project plans.
- Create trusted partnerships with clients, offering thought leadership on industry trends, in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
- Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
- Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.
