Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing for both new and used vehicle sales.
You will manage all aspects of vehicle billing, including pricing, taxes, fees, and manufacturer incentives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive billing, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process new and used vehicle sales accurately, ensuring all pricing, taxes, dealer fees, and additional charges are included correctly.
- Review all deal structures, including financing, trade-ins, rebates, and incentives, to ensure correct billing.
- Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to pricing, rebates, or financing terms.
- Ensure timely processing of all vehicle deals, meeting all deadlines for billing, title, and registration paperwork.
- Assist in month-end reconciliation processes by reviewing and confirming all vehicle sales, rebates, incentives, and payments are properly documented and accounted for.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports for management, including gross profit analysis and vehicle inventory updates.
- Other miscellaneous tasks may include posting incentive payment, reconciling finance reserve statements, etc.
Qualifications :
Highly organized with ability to work in a face paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
