We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers through their car-buying journey, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Primary Accountabilities
The day-to-day duties of this role include :
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership showroom or sales lot
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers
Explains product performance, application, benefits, and all optional equipment available
Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete sales transactions
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag / title work, special requests, etc., to ensure that all customer expectations are met
Encourage repeat and referral business
