The Service Dispatcher at Fury Motors plays a crucial role in coordinating service requests,billing warranty RO's, assigning tasks to technicians, coordinating we-owe's, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize service requests
- Allocate tasks to technicians based on availability and expertise
- Communicate job details, timelines, and any updates to customers
- Update service records and maintain accurate logs
- Bill Warranty RO's for Warranty Admin
- Coordinate We-Owe's with outside vendors & internal departments.
- Responsible for production & throughput of the Service Technicians
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with service dispatch software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
