Fury Water Adventures is looking for a Cruise Ship Excursion Agent to assist cruise passengers as they prepare for their unforgettable excursions. If you're outgoing, energetic, and love working outdoors, this is the perfect part-time opportunity!
What You'll Do:
Greet & check in cruise guests for their Fury excursions
Walk from the Cruise Ship Pier to Fury’s departure locations while assisting guests
Answer questions and provide key details to ensure a smooth experience
Help keep everything on schedule and maintain the fun island vibe
Be a go-to guide for travelers looking to make the most of their Key West adventure
What We’re Looking For:
Trustworthy & reliable – we count on you!
Strong verbal communication skills – be friendly, clear, and helpful
Patient & helpful – a “can-do” attitude goes a long way!
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors & walking between locations
Must be available when guests love to play! Weekends & holidays REQUIRED
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have (or be able to obtain) a TWIC card
