Our Rentals team is seeking a Full-Time Rental Service Technician who is hands-on, dependable, and customer focused. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be your perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver and pick up rental vehicles using a truck and trailer across the island with top-notch customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire changes, and minor repairs.
- Manage golf cart reservations through the Fareharbor booking system.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain vehicles to ensure they’re guest-ready at all times.
- Uphold safety regulations and ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Requirements:
- Ability to drive a truck with attached trailer in Key West (sometimes narrow roads and sharp turns are necessary).
- Basic computer skills (Fareharbor experience is a plus!).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and polished.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 120 lbs and maneuvering equipment.
- Handy with tools and familiar with small repairs and mechanical tasks.
- Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License.
- Must be 22 years old (insurance requirement)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- A team-first attitude and a passion for helping others
