Do you love talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping visitors create unforgettable experiences? Fury Water Adventures, the leading watersports company in Key West, is looking for a Weekend Concierge to join our team!
About the Position:
As a Concierge, you’ll be the go-to expert for guests looking to book exciting activities, from snorkeling and sunset sails to parasailing and jet ski tours. This is a weekend-only position, so you must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with hotel guests and visitors to help them plan their perfect Key West adventure.
- Sell and book watersport activities, ensuring guests get the most out of their stay.
- Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions about trips, schedules, and the best experiences Key West has to offer.
- Work in a hotel setting, collaborating with front desk staff and other team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality – you enjoy talking to people and making recommendations.
- Sales-driven mindset – you’re comfortable making suggestions and closing bookings.
- Weekend availability – this role is strictly for Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable and professional – punctuality and great communication skills are key.
- Knowledge of Key West and its attractions is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
