Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a General Manager for our client in Latham, NY. In this role you will work collaboratively Senior leadership to oversee staff, processes and operations of this food service operation. This is full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established and growing organization in the Capital Region, NY.
The ideal candidate will have food service leadership experience with a proven track record of success across core responsibilities including financial goals, compliance and operational efficiency.
The Responsibilities :
- Lead the operational and sales performance of the store
- Identify sales, execution, financial issues / opportunities and develop plans to enhance results and deliver against core business strategies
- Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy and health / sanitation regulations
- Communicate and deliver financial expectations
- Oversee management of food, labor, material costs, and other controllable expenses
- Conduct planning and budgeting
- Execute policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment
- Manage and maintain safe working condition
- Grow and develop store managers and specialists across the district
- Anticipate and identify problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Promote fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
