Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent policyholders in claims negotiations with insurance companies.
- Investigate, evaluate, and process insurance claims to determine the extent of the insurer's liability.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding claim status and best course of action.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient and fair claim resolutions.
