Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Real Estate Closing Coordinator / Paralegal for our client located in the Albany, NY area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Experience with local real estate closing procedures, including overseeing relevant contingency dates, preparing closing disclosures, bank loan and title documents.
Responsibilities will all components of a residential loan closing from commitment to post-closing
Scheduling with all parties, confirming escrow and loan details, title review, reviewing legal due diligence, preparing loan documentation and clearing loan exceptions.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, a creative thinker, possess strong customer service skills, have the ability to think for themselves independently, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience :
3 years’ experience in residential real estate and mortgage lending transactions
Law firm environment experience required.
A significant background with SoftPro Select is essential. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
General office and computer experience required.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Reliable attendance a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly an apply acquired skills to complete projects independently.
Ability to use discretion and handle confidential information.
Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality work products.
Salary
60,000-$80,000 , range based on candidates’ qualifications and skillset
