We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our LA office.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will :
- Represent the firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposals.
- Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training and employee performance.
- Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
- Initiate Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to the region and the company.
- Possess a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
