Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate roles for accurate leveling and alignment with internal structures.
- Review and approve promotions, offers, and salary adjustments.
- Support job mapping, market pricing, and compensation-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and equity standards.
- Advise business leaders on compensation matters.
- 5 years of HR experience with a focus on compensation.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday HRIS.
- Familiarity with job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CCP certification is a plus.
