Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all relevant materials are up to date and easily accessible.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, escalating them to the appropriate parties.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
- Support project managers with procurement of resources and materials.
- Prepare and track project reports, tracking timelines, deliverables, and client updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
