Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and coordinating financial forecasts and budgets
• Participate in forecasting processes, including data collection and presentation preparation
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts on a regular basis
• Monitor and reconcile financial data to optimize cash flow management
• Analyze monthly financial performance and business trends
• Prepare presentations for key stakeholders
• Review and assess commission calculations
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop financial models and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with leadership to provide insights into financial data and business performance
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Well-organized with strong time-management skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to organizational success
• High dependability and reliability
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FPAC)
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
  

Pay for the Senior Financial Analyst is up to $100k/year based on experience.
