What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Manager position at Fuseideas LLC?
The Content Manager will be responsible for contributing to the areas of:
1) Fuseideas Social Content Strategy & Management:
Setting and executing content marketing strategy on behalf of the agency's clients and Fuseideas, in conjunction with the strategy, social, media, and creative teams. This person will provide the strategic thinking needed to concept, distribute, and promote highly relevant, valuable content that attracts and engages target audiences across multiple channels. The Content Manager will be tasked with managing editorial or content calendars, identifying content gaps, recommending topic areas, identifying content production needs, and recommending appropriate content production and creative resources. Defining messages, audiences, and the requisite media to help build the brand is integral to the role.
2) Client Content Strategy & Creation:
Work in conjunction with the client services, strategy, and creative teams, to provide social and content strategy (e.g. providing social media concepts that extend beyond "turning a print ad into a social ad" and rather leveraging the inherent nature and trends of social media to create content.) The role would include involvement in new business/pitch opportunities to provide a valuable POV on how concepts come to life through social channels to accomplish a 360 marketing campaign.
3) Fuseideas Social Media Analytics & Reporting:
Working with the Analytics team to determine what social content is performing best against our goals of creating brand favorability and demand, and providing regularly scheduled performance updates.
4) Website Content Integration:
Working with the digital team to upload content to websites using CMS platforms and providing social/content recommendations when requested.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated marketing strategies
- Develop framework and conceptual approaches needed to provide guidance for meeting client marketing objectives
- Develop content strategy for influencer campaigns
- Manage editorial calendars to ensure timely publication
- Create style guides to use as reference
- Proofread and edit written pieces before publication
- Support Media Team on both organic and paid forms of social media for agency and clients - including strategy, implementation, execution, optimization and reporting
- Review and update published content as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, other relevant field
- Please include Portfolio if you have one
- 5 years' experience in relevant marketing roles such as advertising, social media marketing, email marketing or event marketing
- Experience working in social management tools and/or social listening tools such as Sprout Social and Microsoft Planner
- Experience in managing social platforms for business, including Facebook Business Manager (including Instagram), LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok
- Experience working with Marketing Automation Systems such as HubSpot
