Job Description – Customer Service Agent As a Customer Service Agent in Spindale, North Carolina, you will directly support first responders, ensuring seamless communication and network access. You will handle inbound calls, assist with inquiries, and deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
