Fusion BPO Services is seeking Full-Time Customer Care Professionals to join our growing team!
Make up to $15 per hour in base pay PLUS commission & incentives.
We have a variety of flexible shift options available for training to start on April 11th.

We are located in Spindale, North Carolina at 515 Oakland Rd.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Comfortable using MS Office and Windows‐based applications
- Previous experience in either a customer support or sales role minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required
- 3 years of customer service
- Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Must possess strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group
- Ability to interact with all customers while showing a high level of empathy
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Good data entry and must type at least 35 wpm

Pay will vary based on the North Carolina location
Rate of pay in training:
- The first 4 weeks are paid at $12.00 per hour
- The 4 weeks of nesting are paid at $13.50 per hour
Rate of Pay after training is based on a pay tier system based on hours worked.
- $15.00 per hour is top tier= working 36 hours or more
- $13.50 per hour is the middle tier= working 35.9 hours- 32 hours
- $12.00 per hour is the bottom tier = working less than 32 hours
