Job Description – Offboarding Specialist
About the Role
As an Offboarding Specialist, you will process service termination requests, verify eligibility, manage sensitive transactions, and ensure high-quality customer resolution. You’ll interact with multiple systems, maintain accuracy under pressure, and support overall customer satisfaction by identifying discrepancies and escalating as needed.
