Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Rockford, IL
Compensation: $20–$24/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, and building electrical systems (AC & DC).
- Repair and oversee facility equipment, coordinating with subcontractors as needed.
- Use your expertise to troubleshoot equipment problems with tools like multi-meters and hand tools.
- Drive forklifts, operate overhead cranes, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to get the job done.
- Inspect heating systems, air-conditioning units, and air compressors for signs of defects or malfunction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.

- Proficiency with 480V electric systems and 250V DC.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with facility systems.
- Ability to work safely at heights using required safety equipment.
- Attitude: Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in company-sponsored training.
