Machinery Installation and Service Manager
Location: Rockford, IL
Compensation: $62,000 - $104,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a leader with technical expertise and project management skills to ensure seamless installations that exceed customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of sophisticated machinery at customer facilities.
- Lead teams of service and assembly personnel, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Partner with assembly teams to understand machine installation details from start to finish.
- Negotiate with contractors for tools, rigging, and alignment resources.
- Communicate progress and updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
- Ensure all safety standards are strictly maintained during installations.
- Travel to customer sites as required to monitor and support the installation process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in machine tools assembly, troubleshooting, and mechanical alignments.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical components, and coolant/filtration systems.
- Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings, fluid and electrical schemes, and project instructions.
- Proven experience in project management and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
