Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. We have 6 busy locations. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor their progress towards achieving their functional goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide expert physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Educate and empower patients to manage their conditions and participate actively in their rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Oversee PTA's
• Participate in clinic meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to lifelong learning.
