Job Title: Warehouse Order Process Specialist

Location: CHINO. California.
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Process Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the order fulfillment process, including picking and packing, inventory counts, and handling Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central orders. This role demands someone who is accurate, reliable, and has strong typing skills for order processing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:
• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders in accordance with established guidelines and ensure accurate item selection.
• Process and fulfill orders through Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in order details to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
• Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock tracking to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and updated in the system, including reconciling any discrepancies.
• Assist in organizing and labeling inventory in the warehouse for easy access and retrieval.
• Order Accuracy & Quality Control:
• Verify that the correct items are packed and shipped in accordance with customer orders.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in order processing, ensuring timely dispatch and error-free fulfillment.
• Perform quality control checks for packing and ensure all required shipping labels are applied.
• Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central Familiarity:
• Navigate Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central to manage and process orders, returns, and shipments.
• Understand Amazon’s order fulfillment guidelines and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to Amazon orders or inventory discrepancies.
• Data Entry & Typing:
• Accurately type order information and update databases with precise details.
• Use systems to track order progress and communicate with internal teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Previous experience in warehouse order processing, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is required.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as picking, packing, and stocking inventory.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Additional Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
