Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior S/4HANA Cross Functional & Migration Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration, and leading data migration efforts. The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP experience, a deep understanding of business processes, and expertise in migration strategies to support our digital transformation journey.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration process, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with S/4HANA capabilities.
Drive configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4HANA modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other domains.
Develop and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices for SAP S/4HANA adoption.
Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize and streamline business processes through SAP functionality.
Support system integration efforts, including interfacing with third-party applications and legacy systems.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues.
Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security, and governance policies.
Train and mentor junior analysts and end-users on S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications
8 years of experience in SAP ERP with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
Deep understanding of cross-functional processes in SAP, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales.
Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BODS, or other ETL tools.
Strong knowledge of SAP best practices for data governance, master data management, and business process reengineering.
Experience in SAP Activate methodology and agile project execution.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Expertise in SAP integration with third-party systems (IDOCs, APIs, middleware).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
