Seeking a Production Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our Production facility.

Reports to: Director of Operations
Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Participates in the hiring and training of production personnel.
- Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of production personnel.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for all production employees including staffing, training, and reviews.
- Manage the production supervisors to ensure understanding and adherence to the schedule and quality goals.
- Monitor and improve utilization and efficiency of production personnel and resources.
- Establish and maintain cost and time standards with engineering for all projects.
- Drive production to meet these established time standards.
- Work with scheduling to establish production schedules and ensure they are met.
- Support the quality department, resolve all product related issues and to set and maintain performance to quality objectives,
- Advise the management team on process, staffing, equipment, and facility improvements to support the company’s continued growth.
- Monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure on time completion of maintenance and report issues to the facilities manager.
- Any additional tasks as requested or required to help Fusion achieve its goals.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Must be a US person.
- Ability to work from written English work instructions required.
- Highly skilled in generating and analyzing reports in Excel.
- This position reports to the executive staff so effective communication skills are required.
Education and Work Experience:
- 4-year degree preferably in engineering or business. This may be waived based on experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ production management experience in electronics assembly.
- APICS certification is desired.
