About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager/Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team in San Diego County. This is a hands-on role that combines civil engineering expertise with project and staff management, ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee and mentor design and drafting staff.
- Prepare and review grading, storm drain, erosion control, BMP, roadway, and utility plans.
- Evaluate and ensure projects meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, agencies, and our in-house technology team to drive efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in CAD drafting, design, and project management.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BricsCAD (GIS & surveying experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of local design standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
