We're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager/Senior Civil Project Manager to lead our land development projects from concept to completion. This role combines civil engineering expertise with project and staff management, requiring excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
- Mentor design and drafting staff, promoting their growth and development.
- Review and approve plans for grading, storm drain, erosion control, BMP, roadway, and utility construction.
- Collaborate with clients, agencies, and our in-house technology team to optimize project efficiency.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in land development or civil engineering.
- Technical skills in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BricsCAD.
- Knowledge of local design standards and regulations.
