Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion
- Oversee and mentor design and drafting staff
- Prepare and review grading, storm drain, erosion control, BMP, roadway, and utility plans
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in CAD drafting, design, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BricsCAD (GIS and surveying experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of local design standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
