Position: Senior Mongo DB Engineer
Location: Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA ( 3 days a week hybrid)
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mongo DB Engineer.
- In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining client's robust and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating and optimizing infrastructure and platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including cluster configuration, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with MongoDB Architecture and other cloud-based MongoDB solutions.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
Programming Skills:
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) for automation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture is a plus.
DevOps and Automation:
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
Monitoring & Logging:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 8 years of experience DB Administration & SRE
