Web Application Developer with at least 8 9 years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Web Applications Programmer
The selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Proficient with Microsoft Forms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Lists.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient with Microsoft Planner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient in technical writing.
- Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
SERVICE TASKS:
Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Provide a Web Applications Programmer to perform the following tasks Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except state holidays.
- Create technical documentation pertaining applications designed in the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Develop applications, using the Microsoft 365 platform, as directed by the Department.
- Develop information dashboards for management.
DELIVERABLES:
Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified:
- Weekly: Provide Web Applications Programmer and programming services in the time and manner specified
- On the last business day of each week, provide to the Department a summary of work completed that week, employee s timesheet and invoice in the time and manner
